Having decided not to organise an HOS 2023 exhibition in August 2023 due to the fact I was to be attending a 3 week inquest into the death of my middle son Ben in July, I have now decided to get back on track and organise an HOS 2024 exhibition. More news to follow…

I have finally got round to having some more of my popular blank art cards printed. These are limited print (38 of each) high quality cards with envelopes sealed in individual wraps of some of my more popular paintings. As well as previously printed examples (So they are now 76 print limits) I have had three new cards printed from recent paintings.

Addendum We had about 300 visitors over the ten days of the exhibition. Several returning for a second visit. We also raised £500 for Congo from contributions. Here are a few more photos.

In our third year, the King’s Church and Friends Hampshire Open Studios exhibition featured the return of guest artist Marina Stuart who also held impromptu art classes painting on slate with acrylics and accomplished artist Gill Drew. In 2018 we not only had a larger exhibition than in 2017 but we also had the church cafe ‘Café 153’ open during the 10 days of the exhibition. Our guest artists were Nick Clark a local mountain biker, car builder, and steampunk artist, and ceramics artist Ashley James.
